Westborough Traffic Delays Expected As Nighttime Construction Begins
Ramp closures will begin on Monday and continue each night throughout the week.

WESTBOROUGH, MA — There will be overnight construction at the I-90/I-495 interchange in Westborough and Hopkinton next week, according to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
The construction will begin on Monday evening, and ramp closures will be in place every night from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day. Construction for the week is expected to be completed by 5 a.m. on Friday, according to MassDOT.
Both ramps will be closed at different times, and drivers will be directed to follow the detour signs.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the I-90 (exit 106) eastbound ramp to I-495 southbound will be closed. On Wednesday and Thursday, the I-495 southbound on-ramp (exit 106) from I-90 will be closed. And lastly, on Thursday and Friday, the I-495 southbound on-ramp (exit 106) from I-90 will be closed.
MassDOT is warning drivers to expect delays, reduced speed and to use caution.
