Coronavirus In Westford: Positive Cases Rise To 60
As the number of people who test positive across the state rises, so it does in Westford.

WESTFORD, MA — The number of people in Westford who have tested positive for the new coronavirus rose to 60 on Sunday, according to town data.
Seventeen of those have made a recovery.
The news comes as across the commonwealth bringing the number of people in Massachusetts who have tested positive for the virus to 38,077 and the number of deaths rose to 1,706.

The total cases in Middlesex County, is 8,737. Some 372 people in the county have died because of complications to the virus.
A state of emergency remains in effect until at least May 4.
