Help Clean Westford
On Saturday, September 14, 9 a.m., Boxwood Rd., the Westford Conservation Trust will be holding an orientation on the threat of invasive species, such as Mile-A-Minute vines, but the day does not stop there. Volunteers will then gather to remove those pesky vines that threaten many other species. FYI: The Lowell Road site is also known as the Boxwood Road site. The site is bordered by Providence Rd. as well. Park on Boxwood Road, so if you are a newcomer, look for cars parked there! For more information, check out their Facebook page. Long-sleeve shirts, pants and garden gloves are recommended.
