'I Know It Was You,' Says Neighbor

March 22, 6:51 p.m. - An individual living on Cold Spring Road called police from her car after spotting a bear in her backyard.
She was in her driveway at the time.

By the time police reached her house, she reported the bear was heading toward Pierce Avenue.
March 19, 2:45 p.m. - Police arrived to Pine Street to meet someone that said a Jeep had been involved in a hit-and-run on North Main Street on her vehicle earlier that day.

The woman who called the officer described the Jeep driver as a young white man, and got down his license plate.
After a search of the license plate number, it was discovered the driver and another individual in the vehicle lived on Pine Street, with the driver admitting he hit the woman's vehicle, also saying he was on probation and the Jeep was owned by his girlfriend.
These facts were confirmed by the girlfriend, who may have been the second individual in the Jeep.
Front end damage was also noticed on the Jeep by the officer.
The driver then told the officer that the accident occurred when he lost control of his vehicle due to snow on the road, and that he told the woman he could not stay due to an appointment, leaving without exchanging information.

April 30, 9:48 p.m. - An individual came into the Westford Police Station complaining about a black pickup truck that continued to slowly driving by his house.
It was unclear who the driver of the truck was, as the individual had tinted windows.
While the individual was not directly threatened by the actions of the truck, and did not wish to file charges, he did feel it need to be reported as it began shortly after a family member came to the house, which he believed may have been the cause of the truck's appearances.
May 1, 3:57 p.m. - A man came to the Police Station to report issues he was having with his neighbor.
The problems began during the winter, when the man reported the neighbor for parking on the street during winter emergency parking bans and reported incidents of the neighbor's dog leaving feces on the man's driveway.
Earlier in the day, the neighbor confronted the man and his wife about being reported on those incidents, saying "I know it was you" in reference to the complaints.
The man asked that this confrontation be documented in case of escalation from the neighbor.
May 18, 12:32 a.m. - Jason Proctor, 32, of 16 Cannongate Rd. in Tyngsboro was arrested on charges of alleged speeding and driving with a suspended license.
May 18, 12:41 a.m. - Teri Lynn Pratt, 41, of 17932 Swans Creek in Dumfries, VA was arrested on charges of alleged disorderly conduct.
