New England Patriots to Play Against Westford in Charity Basketball Game

At least six Patriots will lace up to face off with players from the Westford area.

WESTFORD, MA - Think you can beat the Patriots?

The Players will compete against Westford schools’ faculty, students and community members in a charity basketball game at Westford Academy on June 1.

The game will start at 7 p.m. and Patriots players will sign autographs and take photos after the game and during halftime. Last year, Julian Edelman was the big name in attendance.

In prior years, Westford hosted Rob Gronkowski, Joe Andruzzi, Patrick Chung, Logan Mankins, Larry Izzo and Michael Hoomanawanui.

The proceeds from the game will benefit the WA Academy Athletics Boosters Club, a non-profit organization that raises money to support all of Westford Academy’s athletes.
