Stressed Out Kids? Come Hear This Guest Speaker

Grolnick will discuss how parents contribute to their kids’ anxiety and what can parents do to help reduce stress in the modern age of grueling and competitive academic atmospheres.

Grolnick is one of the nation’s leading parenting researchers and has conducted studies on how parents influence their children's motivation and success.

"Pressured Parents, Stressed-Out Kids: Dealing With Competition While Raising A Successful Child" will take place on Wednesday, March 23 at 7 p.m. at Stony Brook Middle School. The event is free and open to the public.
