Westford Man Arrested for OUI, Having an Open Container

Sunday, Jan. 24
At 1:31 a.m., a motor vehicle stop led to the arrest of James B. Tincknell, 21, of Westford. Tincknell was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

At 5:04 p.m., a motor vehicle crash resulted in a injuries and police court action.

Monday, Jan. 25
At 2:52 a.m., a suspicious motor vehicle was reported on Littleton Road.
Tuesday, Jan. 26
At 12:34 a.m., a suspicious motor vehicle was reported on Littleton Road.
At 7:38 a.m., property was surrendered at the police station.

At 10:31 a.m., a suspicious person was reported on Country Road.
At 12:20 p.m., a traffic hazard was reported on Depot Street.
At 1:22 p.m., police were unable to locate a vehicle matching the description of a suspicious vehicle that had been called in.
Wednesday, Jan. 27
At 7:28 a.m., fraud was reported.
At 8:33 a.m., an injury on private property was reported.
At 11:51 a.m., a motor vehicle crash didn’t result in any injuries, but police did issue a verbal warning.
At 12:40 p.m., a suspicious motor vehicle was reported on Russell’s Way.
At 1:24 p.m., a building/property on Depot Street was investigated as unsecure.
At 5:39 p.m., found property was turned in to police.
