Westford Town Offices Close Amid Coronavirus Surge
Town offices have temporarily closed to the public as the number of people in Westford who test positive for the virus continues to rise.

WESTFORD, MA — Monday, Westford town officials announced town offices were closing temporarily because of the surge in coronavirus cases here.
As of Dec. 12, there were 463 people in Westford who tested positive for the virus.
The state Dec. 10 designated Westford as a community at high risk for the spread of the COVID-19 virus with an average rate of 34.48 cases per 100,000, up from 19.2 the previous week.
