
Summer’s here, but there are still things going on in local government. Here are a few things to keep on the radar for this week and beyond. For more, head to the town's website.
· Monday holds a pair of meetings: a public hearing by the Board of Health on proposed changes to the hazardous materials bylaw as well as follow-up discussions by the Finance Committee on the goals heading up to Spring Town Meeting 2014.
· On Tuesday, the Selectmen will recognize former Selectman Bob Jefferies for his 35 years of service, hear a request for a new license for a restaurant at Boch Honda West to replace the Paul’s Diner annex there and look at recommendations on the issue of fire station placement along, and south of, the 110 corridor among other items.

· On Wednesday, a preliminary discussion of expansion of the Cameron Senior Center Parking lot will be on the Conservation Commission’s agenda along with the installation of a kiln at the East Boston Camps, and a discussion of water quality results from the Westford Stream Team.
