Residents may also request an application for an absentee ballot if unable to vote on Election Day at the polls due to being out of town, or having physical disabilities or religious beliefs that prevent getting to the polls. Absentee votes must be received by Sept. 5 at noon, according to the town website.
Residents can also visit the Secretary of the Commonwealth, Elections Division, and download an Absentee Ballot Application.
