Friday, Aug. 3
8:43 a.m.: MVA no injuries, Boston Post Road

10:58 a.m.: Larceny reported, South Ave. Walk in speaks to officer about forged check
12:50 p.m.: Damage to property, Wellesley Street. Missing second floor window on the rear of the building.

3:42 p.m.: MVA with no injuries, Boston Post Road
5:31 p.m.: Animal complaint, Love Lane. Resident called to report injured deer that has been on the property since the morning. Animal took off and unable to locate.
Saturday, Aug. 4
5:16 p.m.: Wellesley resident came in to the police station lobby with her children waiting on her ex-husband, a Weston resident, to arrive with some items belonging to their daughter. When the husband arrived he was visibly upset and said he was falsely accused of taking his daughter's items.
Sunday, Aug. 5
12:07 a.m. Resident on Sherburn Circle reports hearing a loud sound around 11 p.m.. She woke up and found glass on the front porch. She said it was a glass Starbucks cup thrown on her porch and broke.
1:15 p.m.: Missing items, Maplewood Senior Living
8:57 p.m.: Criminal complaint, see fire report, Dairy Joy. Status shows revoked license for insurance. AR assigned for attaching plates. Plates are attached to the vehicle that is registered to MA reg 2XF165. Noe Ponce-Cruz, 44, Francis Street, Waltham, was arrested and charged with number plate violation, possession of open container of alcohol, driving with a suspended license
Monday, Aug. 6
3:06 p.m.: Damage to property, North Ave. Party reports that the window on the vehicle was broken. '
3:38 p.m.: MVA no injuries, Weston Pediatric Physicians. Reported minor MVA into building, RP detected faint odor of alcohol from the driver.
3:48 p.m.: Hit and run accident, Boston Post Road and Golden Ball Road. Walk in reports that MVA hit and run with an Anton's Cleaner Truck. Anton's Cleaners truck stopped on Route 30. Audri A. Angeles, 22, Hillside Ave., Everett, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage
Tuesday, Aug. 7
10:43 a.m.: Trash dumping reported on Merriam Street. A brown lab dog pulled the trash into the roadway. It wasn't dumped on purpose.
12:17 p.m.: MVA no injuries, Lexington Street
5:14 p.m.: Road rage, Boston Post Road. Party reports that a man in front of her was slamming on his brakes.
Wednesday, Aug. 8
11:21 a.m.: MVA no injuries, Weston Bus Office. MVA involves a town vehicle in the parking lot.
4:19 p.m.: Larceny reported, Summer Street
5:06 p.m.: MVA no injuries, Church Street
6:34 p.m.: Assault reported, Wingate of Weston. Patient repots being punched in the face.
7:49 p.m.: Officer injured, Weston Police Department
8:50 p.m.: Reported house struck by lightning, Chiltern Road
Thursday, Aug. 9
12:25 p.m.: Yancarlos Dejesus Vivas, 30, Waltham Street, Waltham, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, no inspection sticker, failure to notify about address change
