The Golden Ball Tavern Museum is open for our annual Holiday Extravaganza - "Trimming the Tavern "Here's to the Red, White and Blue". From December 8th to December 13th, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free and Family Friendly - visit the beautifully decorated rooms created with the theme of the 250th anniversary of the Revolution...by a team of community partners. DON"T MISS THIS! Our museum offers visitors a different perspective on the American Revolution. Our museum, housed in a historic Pre-Revolutionary home and tavern in Weston, Massachusetts, tells the other side of the story – that of the Loyalists during the War of Independence. Notably, the Museum is among only a handful of institutions in the country dedicated to bringing to life the Loyalist experience. We also tell the story of six generations of the same family living in the same house for almost 200 years! Join us to learn more about colonial life and beyond. Our last open house history tours of the museum for 2025 will be on Thursday, December 18th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free and family friendly! Terrio, 48, of 250 Prospect St., Apt. B, Waltham, was charged with OUI liquor, third offense; and violating marked lanes. 9:41 a.m. – A car accident with injuries was reported at 15 Hobbs Brook Road. 10:30 a.m. – Threats were reported on Bakers Hill Road. 3:20 p.m. – A well-being check was conducted on North Ave.   Sunday, Aug. 5 12:54 a.m. – An arrest was made at Boston Post Road and Rolling Lane. Ramon Rosales, 31, of 342 Lincoln St., Apt. 204, Marlborough, was charged with OUI liquor, second offense; and violating marked lanes. 12:56 a.m. – Fire was reported at 15 Graystone Lane. 6:14 p.m. – Fire was reported at 151 Merriam St.   Saturday, Aug. 4 7:26 a.m. – Trash dumping was reported at the Ash Street Reservoir. 6:01 p.m. – Erratic driving was reported on Boston Post Road near the Wayland line.
