Weston Public Schools: [IMPORTANT] Calendar Change For March 11

The following message was sent via email on the evening of 2/16/2022.

Dear Weston Public School Community,

"Weston Public Schools will now hold a half school day for all students on March 11th. The
day will run from 8:00-11:30 for the elementary schools and 8:45-12:45 for the middle and high schools. March 11th was originally scheduled as afull professional day for educators and no school for students. We are providing this notice so that all families can plan accordingly.

The reasoning is to reduce the number of school days in late June by reclaiming March 11th as a half school day, with professional development time for faculty in the afternoon.

As of now, the last day of school will be Tuesday 6/21/22. There will not be school on Monday 6/20/22 due to the newly adopted Federal Holiday, Juneteenth. Attached is the revised school calendar, please make note of these changes."
