$250,000 Bail Set for Indicted West Roxbury Man, Alleged Ponzi Scheme Operator

If Steve Palladino does make bail, he must wear a GPS monitoring bracelet, and surrender his passport.

 

Bail was set at $250,000 for a West Roxbury man who was arraigned today on charges of operating a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme.

Clerk Magistrate Gary Wilson set bail for Steven Palladino, and if he does make bail, Palladino must wear a GPS monitoring bracelet, surrender his passport, and not travel outside of Massachusetts without the court’s permission, according to a press release from the Suffolk County District Attorney's office.

Palladino was represented by attorneys Walter Prince and Philip A. Tracy Jr. His next scheduled court date is May 15.
