Upon leaving the bar, Munsell lost his life after stumbling into the frigid harbor waters.According to the lawsuit, not one bar employee made any attempt to help Munsell avoid an unsafe predicament, despite his impaired condition.Market Bar says the city's licensing board found no violations for failing to assist Munsell.
