Deutsches Altenheim Announces Name Change to German Centre
Deutsches Altenheim, a trusted name in senior care for over a century, is proud to announce a new brand identity: German Centre

This long-anticipated rebranding and name change reflects the organization’s growth and continued commitment to providing quality care to seniors across a range of services.
“Our rebrand marks a pivotal step in our journey as we honor our rich history while looking forward to the future needs of the senior community,” said Babacar Diop, CEO of German Centre. “German Centre isn’t just a name; it’s a promise to our residents and their families that we will continue to provide the highest level of care, grounded in trust and compassion.”
German Centre will continue to operate its renowned facilities, including Edelweiss Village, which offers traditional assisted living as well as memory care-assisted living; German Centre Home (formerly known as German Centre for Extended Care), a short-term rehab and long-term care residence; and Senior Place, an adult day health program. Each of these entities provides essential support tailored to the diverse needs of aging adults.
