Leukemia Patient, West Roxbury Girl, 14, Has One Wish
Help Anna Jerome, 14, undergoing Leukemia treatment meet Taylor Swift.
A West Roxbury girl diagnosed with Leukemia has one wish - to meet entertainment star Taylor Swift.
“She doesn’t just sing, she performs,” said Anna Jerome 14, to WHDH.com.
Anna was supposed to go to a Swift concert, but was instead diagnosed with Leukemia a couple weeks ago.
While she has gone to concerts before, her friends and family started tweeting #TaylorMeetAnna to lift up Anna while she's undergoing treatment.
According to WHDH, Boston Mayor Thomas Menino even tweeted, “@TaylorSwift13, our resident Anna-- your biggest fan, can’t attend Red after leukemia diagnosis. I hope you 2 can connect. #TaylorMeetAnna.”
