No Charges Against iScream Works in Alleged Multi-Million Dollar Scheme
The owners of iScream Works in West Roxbury allegedly used funds illegally from their other company, Viking Financial Group, Inc.

While the owners of iScream Works have been indicted on allegedly operating a Ponzi Scheme through another business of theirs', the ice cream business has not been indicted.
Steven Palladino, 55, and his wife, Lori Palladino, 52, allegedly used investors' funds to pay for "their own lavish lifestyle," according to a press release from District Attorney Dan Conley and Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis.

Along with the Palladinos, the Viking Financial Group, Inc., itself has been indicted, but no charges have been brought against iScream Works at this time, said Jake Wark, Suffolk County District Attorney spokesperson.
Palladino is scheduled to appear in court today, and Lori Palladino is not scheduled to appear today, but is scheduled to appear next month.
