On Tuesday night West on Centre will be combine two of America's greatest loves - shopping and philanthropy to benefit <a href="http://www.readboston.org" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">ReadBoston</a>. Local artists and merchants will be selling gifts and offering raffle items from 7 to 9 p.m., with complimentary hors d'ouevres, free admission and a cash bar. ReadBoston is a nonprofit children's literacy program founded by Boston Mayor Thomas Menino to have all Boston children reading at grade level by the end of third grade.
