Report: Bullet Removed from Boston Officer's Neck

Officer Moynihan is expected to get out of intensive care in the near future.

A Boston police officer who was injured in a shootout in Roxbury on Friday is in improving condition after undergoing successful surgery.

NECN reported that Officer John Moynihan, 34, had been in a medically induced coma at Boston Medical Center since the shooting.
