WILMINGTON, MA — A mixed-use project in Wilmington is set to open this fall and will include 50 apartments, office and retail space, and a Starbucks.

The project will be a total of three buildings with 100,000 square feet and will be located at 203 Lowell St. The residential development, dubbed The Alice, will include 50 "Class A apartments with units featuring modern appliances, open floor plans, and expansive balconies," according to a statement from developer, The Procopio Companies.

The development will also include a drive-through Starbucks, the franchise’s second location in Wilmington. Construction is scheduled to begin next month.
