Grand Jury Indicts Boston Man in Wilmington Case
The Boston man was charged with drug trafficking Oxycodone.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments Thursday, including one case out of Wilmington.
Eduardo Jimenez, 32, of Boston, was charged with trafficking more than 36 grams of Oxycodone. The Assistant District Attorney is Craig Estes.

Here is a look at those indictments:
- James Hembree, 27, of Tewksbury, was charged with assault and battery and unarmed assault with intent to rob. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.
- Anthony Papageorgiou, 24, of Tewksbury, was charged with possession of child pornography, posing a child in a state of nudity, dissemination of matter harmful to a minor, and enticement of a child. The Assistant District Attorney is Jeffrey Bourgeois.
- James Perry, 26, of Tewksbury, was charged with strangulation and unarmed assault with intent to rob. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.
- Alfredo Torres, 30, of Lowell, was charged with breaking into a depository, possession of a firearm without a license, larceny of a firearm, selling an illegal firearm, and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.
- Nicholas Miller, 20, of Tewksbury, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and armed robbery in a case out of Lowell. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.
- Michael Teague, 16, of Tewksbury, was charged as a youthful offender with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and armed robbery in a case out of Lowell. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.
