Sullivan is no stranger to the Police Department having served as a public safety dispatcher with the department from 2005 until taking on his new position this month. Animal Control Officer Sullivan can be reached at the Wilmington Police Department at (978) 658-5071. The department will also be launching Twitter and Facebook pages for animal control in the coming weeks.
