Officials Say Unattended Death at Local Gas Station Not Suspicious

WILMINGTON, MA - A large police presence at Jimmy’s Garage on Rte. 38 Sunday morning into the afternoon, was due to an unattended death that officials say is not considered to be suspicious.

Police were at Jimmy’s Garage as early as Sunday morning. The garage is located at 945 Main St. in Wilmington. While it was originally unclear what was happening at the location, it was later learned that a man was found to be unconscious near a dumpster on the property.

An area of the property was taped off by police and the medical examiner was at the scene late Sunday afternoon.

The Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office says the death is not considered suspicious and no other information is being released.
