PROJECT: 800 Salem Street

LOCATION: 800 Salem Street, Wilmington, MA 01887

PROPONENT: Amazon.com Services, LLC

The undersigned is submitting an Expanded Environmental Notification Form ("EENF") to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before July 15, 2025. This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act ("MEPA", M.G.L. c. 30, s.s. 61-62I). Copies of the ENF may be obtained from Rucha Ragalwar, rragalwar@vhb.com, 617-607-2713.

Electronic copies of the EENF are also being sent to the Board of Selectmen, Planning Board, Conservation Commission and Health Department of Town of Wilmington.

The Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs will publish notice of the EENF in the Environmental Monitor, will receive public comments on the project for 30 days, and will then decide, within ten days, if an Environmental Impact Report is needed. A site visit and/or remote consultation session on the project may also be scheduled. All persons wishing to comment on the project, or to be notified of a site visit and/or remote consultation session, should email MEPA@mass.gov. Mail correspondence will continue to be accepted, though responses may be delayed.
