'Strong, Caring Family Man': Wilmington Hero Essential Worker

WILMINGTON, MA — Amid the coronavirus outbreak, just going to work to keep society running can be a major risk. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?

My husband is a sub-contractor for Bradley Delivery Service. When the pandemic requiring most of us to stay home, with school and sports, etc., canceled, he was needed to make sure all paperwork was cleared, whether it was PPE, ventilators, parts needed, anything and everything.

When he'd come home, he'd immediately washed hands, and showered and put his clothes in the wash. As he was afraid to get us sick, as I have an autoimmune disorder. His face said it all about what he experienced and saw.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
He is a strong, caring family man.
