Three Wilmington Businesses Named Boston Globe Top Workplaces
Charles River Laboratories, Analog Devices and Serur Agencies were named to the 2021 list.
WILMINGTON, MA — Three Wilmington businesses were named among the best places to work in Massachusetts Wednesday in the latest edition of the Boston Globe's annual "Best Workplaces" special issue.
Charles River Laboratories, Analog Devices and Serur Agencies were named to the 2021 list of the state's 150 top employers.
Analog Devices, a semiconductor company, ranked 17th-best among the state's largest companies, those with over 1,000 employees. Analog Devices has been ranked for five years and moved up nine spots from last year's list.

Charles River Laboratories was ranked the 19th-best among the largest companies. This is the life sciences company's second year ranked, after it placed 29th last year.
Serur Agencies, meanwhile, was ranked among the Bay State's smallest companies, those with 50 to 99 employees. Serur Agencies ranked 24th among small companies. Last year it ranked 18th. This is the life insurance company's fifth year on the list.

Charles River Laboratories has 1,500 Massachusetts employees and 18,000 nationwide, the Globe said. Analog Devices has 2,452 statewide and 5,163 across the country. Serur Agencies has 82 employees in the Bay State and 184 in the U.S.
The Boston Globe worked with the Pennsylvania-based "employee research and consulting firm" Energage to anonymously survey employees for the 2021 ranking.
