Town Of Wilmington: Update: Extended Public Comment Period For Olin Chemical Superfund Site Draft Community Involvement Plan
The EPA will now accept comments on the document through January 18th, 2023.

Dear residents,
EPA is seeking comments on the draft Community Involvement Plan (CIP) for the Olin Chemical Superfund Site. A CIP is a site-specific strategy to enable meaningful community involvement throughout the Superfund cleanup process.

The public comment period has been extended. EPA will now accept comments on the document through January 18th, 2023. The CIP is available on the site's webpage for review - https://wwww.epa.gov/superfund/olin. The public may submit comments in writing by mail or email.
