Wilmington Police Issue Traffic Advisory

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Police Department would like to advise the community of road closures and traffic delays as we join our brothers and sisters in law enforcement to honor the life and service of Haverhill Police Officer Katelyn Tully.

On Thursday, October 2:

• Wildwood Street will be closed to through traffic from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Residents will still have access to their homes from Woburn Street.

On Friday, October 3:

• Middlesex Avenue will be closed between Church Street and Clark Street from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Detours and significant delays are expected along Route 62 as the funeral procession travels from Saint Thomas Church to Wildwood Cemetery.

We ask for the public’s patience and understanding during these closures as we honor Officer Tully and support her family, friends, and the Haverhill Police Department during this difficult time.
