Wilmington Road Work To Cause 'Impactful Traffic Delays'
The town has released details about road resurfacing that will take place this weekend.
WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Department of Public Works will be resurfacing the Shawsheen Avenue and Hopkins Street/Lake Street intersection on Saturday, Nov. 4.
The town says that "impactful traffic delays" are expected due to the location of the paving partial lane closures and impactful traffic delays are expected.
Drivers should plan ahead and allow for extra time for travel.

"Please obey the directives of police details, detour signs, and warning signs during all construction operations," the town said in a statement.
