Wilmington's New Lume Development Has Town Homes, Garden Apartments
The $20 million luxury development at 635 Main St. features 49 rental units and includes a fitness center, pet spa and parking garage.

WILMINGTON, MA — Middleton-based real estate developer Procopio Companies recently announced the opening of Lume, a luxury residential development in Wilmington.
The development is located at 635 Main St. and features 49 units — all rentals —including 39 garden-style apartments and 10 luxury townhomes.
The development also includes a fitness center with a dedicated yoga room, a club room, a pet spa, an outdoor patio area, a secure parking garage and private Zoom rooms.

The $20 million development, which Procopio broke ground on in 2021, used Peabody-based architectural firm DMS Design as the project architect, while the interior design was handled by Ipswich-based Conant Design Group.
Lume is located near Wilmington's MBTA train station and near the junction of Interstate 93 and Interstate 95 with access to Interstate 90, Route 38 and Interstate 495.

"Lume brings much-needed multifamily housing to Wilmington, a transit-oriented community, conveniently located near Boston's life sciences industry," said Angelo Antidormi, director of acquisitions at Procopio. "This luxury development ushers in a new era for Wilmington and Procopio is excited to welcome residents into their new home."
Boston-based Charlesgate is handling the property management and leasing for the development and currently lists six Lume units available on its website.
The 2,580-square-foot townhomes have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and rent for $5,250 a month. The 1,107-square-foot garden units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and rent for $3,250 a month.
