As part of Winchester's road improvement program, the Department of Public Works will be closing several streets for paving over the course of the coming days. The work will be dependent upon the weather conditions.Here's a schedule for the upcoming work:Swanton Street - Monday, Sept. 28All vehicles must be off the street from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.Park Avenue, Everell Road, Stowell Road - Wednesday, Sept. 30All vehicles must be off the street by 7:00 a.m. In order to avoid delays, officials ask residents to park on nearby secondary roads if you will be leaving after 7:00 a.m.Residents with any questions concerning this work are asked to call the Department of Public Works at 781-721-7100.
