Smart Program Is Ending In Town Of Winchester

The Town is discontinuing the SMART program at the Transfer Station effective January 1, 2022.

If you have full rolls of SMART trash bags, you can return them to the Scale House at the Transfer Station for a credit towards your 2022 Transfer Station sticker.

Maximum credit is $40. Please return your bags by February 1, 2022.
