The Winchester Board of Selectmen recently decided to end parking restrictions on Skillings Road.The decision to do so came after Town Manager Richard Howard recommended a change.

Parking was previously regulated on the portion of the road west of the railroad line near Winchester High School.Now, over 40 parking spaces will be opened up for high school students to park in between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
