
Pedestrians at heard yelling from the Water Treatment plant and new something was up. The walkers called 911 and told police that people inside needed help.

Two employees were working in the plant, when both men were pinned by a machine. The men called out for help and were trapped for about four or five minutes, said police.
Once freed, one man was able to walk on his own. The other was taken to the hospital with a foot injury, said police.
