Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Throughout the pandemic, Jen has worked ALL departments of the hotel, often multitasking. She has been a positive, supportive role model even in the most dire of times. She leads with integrity and empathy, even as she had to let go of much of her beloved staff. She makes sure we're safe, the hotel is well maintained and our guests feel secure. She will ALWAYS make time to speak to any employee with concerns and all while she has two small children at home.
What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?

Thank you for all you do, Jennifer!
