Parents of Future Freshman Night at WMHS Tonight

Parents of current grade eight students are invited to an informational program at the high school this evening.

Are you a parent of an eighth grade student? Do you have questions about your child making the move to the high school next year?

Woburn Memorial High School Principal, Joseph L. Finigan recently announced that the faculty and staff of WMHS are inviting the parents of current grade eight students to Future Freshman Night - Curriculum, Content, and Choices.

The program will be held tonight from 7 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. This program is directed to the parents of in-coming freshmen.

According to the school's web site, the purpose of the program is to provide parents with an overview of the WMHS curriculum, freshman course offerings, and inform you about the course selection process. Administrators, department heads, and a panel of students and parents will be present to speak to their experiences at WMHS. Students will have an opportunity to visit the school later in the year.
