POLICE LOG: Man Reports His Identity Stolen

Aug. 21 – At 6:52 p.m., a Woburn man reported several credit cards were fraudulently opened using his personal information. According to police, five different credit cards were opened in the man’s name and sent to his home. The man cancelled all of the cards. Police advised the man on how to protect his identity.

Aug. 21 –
At 10:14 a.m., a Bedford Road woman reported her car broken into at some point during the last 10 days. According to police, paperwork and other items were left in the car by the suspect, but an iPod was taken.
At 1:51 p.m., a man reported his sister’s car was keyed while parked at Kimball Court. According to police, there are two large key scratches on the passenger doors.
At 4:07 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident on Cambridge Road at Four Corners. According to police, one car pulled out of a parking lot to turn onto Cambridge Road, when it struck a car traveling straight. Police believe that both drivers were responsible for the crash. No citations were issued.
