POLICE LOG: Woman Interrupts Mom Having Sex

June 20 – At 5:15 p.m., police were called after an argument between two people. According to police, a 20-year-old woman entered a tenant’s bedroom when she heard her mother and the tenant having sex. The woman threw some boxes in frustration, telling police she did not appreciate the behavior while she was in the home. Police spoke to the couple, who agreed to a working agreement among the three parties.

Other Incidents:

June 20 –

At 2:54 p.m., a Main Street building owner reported several teens were riding their bikes on the roof of his building, causing damage. The man provided police with video surveillance footage of the incident.

At 3:16 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident at the Woburn Mall entrance on Mishawum Road. According to police, one car was turning into the mall when it struck a car traveling straight in the other direction. One driver was given a written warning for failure to yield to the right of way.  

At 4:03 p.m., a Woburn man reported someone created a fraudulent check and withdrew money from his bank account.

At 4:15 p.m., a 19-year-old Lowell man was summonsed to Woburn District Court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Police were called to the accident after the man crashed into a parked car.

At 5:07 p.m., a 34-year-old Lawrence man was summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to police, an officer was dispatched to a two-car accident at the Washington and Cedar street intersection.

At 5:48 p.m., police arrested a man at a Pigeon Road home at the request of Arlington Police. The man was transported to Arlington, where he was booked.

At 9:01 p.m., a Woburn man reported his car damaged while it was parked in a Mill Street parking lot.

June 21 –

At 12:03 a.m., a 45-year-old Woburn man was taken into protective custody after police received a report of a disturbance. According to police, the man and his father argued over whether the man could stay in the home that night. Police found the man sitting in his car with an open container of beer. Officers spoke to the father, who said he would not allow his son in the residence while he was drunk. Police took the man into protective custody for the rest of the evening.
