WOBURN, MA —A Woburn boy couldn't go to the summer program at his school Monday morning after someone stole an oxygen tank that was being stored on the porch of his family's home on Hudson Street in Woburn. Kellie Leonardo said she typically keeps the tank on the porch to make it easier to get her son Paul out the door and to school in the morning. The green tank had a label with Paul's name on it.

Paul was a twin who was born three months early. His twin, Jayden, died when he was 5 months old.

"Oxygen is the main medication to help bulk up his underdeveloped lungs. He can’t go out without oxygen connected to him," Kellie Leonardo said. "No school or anywhere else."
