Woburn Coronavirus Update: 46 Confirmed Cases, 16 Recovered

As of Friday afternoon, 16 Woburn residents have recovered from COVID-19 and are no longer in isolation.

WOBURN, MA — According to the City of Wobrurn, 46 people are in isolated after testing positive for the new coronavirus and another 49 of their "close contacts" are in quarantine as of Friday afternoon. 16 people have recovered from COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, which has also left two dead.

The city said 36 people with potential exposure are no longer in quarantine.

As of Friday afternoon, there are 10,402 cases of the coronavirus in Massachusetts and a total of 154 deaths as of Thursday. Middlesex County has the second largest number of confirmed cases.
