What does the nominee do for work?
Children Educational Fun Sessions: donating their time to help young children (3 yo to about 10 yo) to cope with anxiety and uncertainty of quarantine.
The project is called Global Children Marathon—a FREE virtual experience for kids of all ages!
Through Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, the student team hosted live sessions for the entertainment and academic enrichment of children globally. They have partnered with people and organizations around the world to engage our students virtually in order to teach them different cultures, new languages, and lifelong skills.
Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Donate daily hours of their time to create free educational sessions.
As we are forced to change our daily routines due to the COVID-19 pandemic, children still need to continue growing and learning while staying at home.
With this program, the kids can learn new skills, discover different cultures, and engage with other kids around the world. This project took full time work and dedication, focus, organisation and creativity from students especially during summer and nice weather!
