Woburn Man Becomes Director of Local NDIA Chapter
Herby Duverné was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Defense Industrial Association's New England Chapter.

A Woburn resident has been elected to the Board of Directors of the National Defense Industrial Association’s New England Chapter as its latest new director.
Herby Duverné, Principal and CEO of Taino Consulting Group LLC, a security risk management firm, has extensive experience in infrastructure protection, national intelligence, law enforcement, investigations, retail security, crisis management and loss prevention, as well as aviation and port emergency management.
NDIA New England is the regional arm of the National Defense Industrial Association the nation’s leading defense industry association in providing a forum for the exchange of information among industry, academia, the military and state and federal government on national security issues. It holds the NDIA’s Model Chapter designation.

Before launching Taino in 2012, he was Deputy Director of Aviation Security and Director of Emergency Management respectively for the Massachusetts Port Authority. Prior to Massport, he served as the Regional Security Manager for State Street Corporation.
“We are very pleased to have Herby Duverné join the NDIA New England Chapter Board,” said Chapter President Paul Serotkin. “He brings skill sets and a perspective that is of great value to NDIA/NE as we continue to make the Chapter more useful and valued to our more than 2900 members.”
