Woburn Mayor Looks to Further Progress Plans for Tri-Community Greenway
The path would allow residents the ability to walk, bike or skate from Stoneham to Horn Pond in Woburn or down to the center of Winchester.

At a recent City Council meeting, Woburn officials passed along an order to the Infrastructure and Public Lands Committee that would allow Mayor Scott Galvin to take part in progressing plans to develop a Tri-Community Greenway with Winchester and Stoneham.
The Friends of the Tri-Community Greenway is a group of people working with the towns, residents and local businesses to promote the benefits of a greenway and multi-use path through Stoneham, Woburn, and Winchester.
The plans for the bikeway have been under consideration for several years.
