2-Year-Old Falls From Window In Worcester, In Critical Condition

WORCESTER, MA — A two-year-old boy was hospitalized after police said he fell from a window in Worcester.

First responders responded to a call on Shrewsbury Street on Friday afternoon, when a father was driving a young child to the emergency room. He told police that his two-year-old son fell from a window at their home and was unresponsive.

A later investigation found that the child fell through a closed window screen about 10-to-12 feet down, according to police.

An investigation is still underway, but police believe it was an accident.
