4 Candidates In Worcester Mayoral Race As List Of Who's Running Is Finalized
Plus, a look at who's running for City Councilor and School Committee.

WORCESTER, MA — Four candidates are officially on the ballot for the Worcester mayoral race on Nov. 4.
Incumbent Mayor Joseph Petty, Councilor-at-Large Khrystian E. King, Edson Montero and Owura Kwaku-Sarkodieh will vie for the Worcester mayor's seat in the coming election. Tuesday was the final day for at-large City Council candidates to withdraw their bid from the mayor's race.
To be elected as mayor, the candidate must first be elected as one of the at-large city councilors and earn the highest number of votes on the ballot for mayor.

- Cayden Davis
- Satya B. Mitra
- Jermoh Kamara
- Donna M. Colorio (incumbent)
- Edson Montero
- Jessica R. Pepple
- Khrystian E. King (incumbent)
- Morris A. Bergman (incumbent)
- Kate Toomey (incumbent)
- Owura-Kwaku Sarkodieh
- Joseph M. Petty (incumbent)
- Gary Rosen
Six of the twelve candidates will be elected as City Councilors At-Large.

District 1 City Councilor:
- Tony J. Economou
- Keith J. Linhares
District 2 City Councilor:
- Candy F. Mero-Carlson (incumbent)
- Robert A. Bilotta
District 3 City Councilor:
- John P. Fresolo
- Robert F. Pezzella
District 4 City Councilor:
- Luis A.Ojeda (incumbent)
- Ted Kostas
District 5 City Councilor:
- Etel Haxhiaj (incumbent)
- Jose A. Rivera

School Committee At-Large
- Susan M. Mailman (incumbent)
- Maureen F. Binienda (incumbent)
- Adwoa A. Sakyi-lamptey
Two of the three candidates will be elected to the School Committee.
District C School Committee
- Dianna Biancheria (incumbent)
- Feanna S. Jattan-Singh
District E School Committee
- Kathleen L. Roy (incumbent)
- Nelly Medina
One candidate from each school district will be elected for that district.
