When he saw police, Harnoise began sprinting away from the cruiser, and police chasing him spotted what they thought was a firearm in his waistband. Officers recovered a loaded handgun from Harnoise, as well as money taken during the robbery. He was identified by witnesses as the man who robbed the Broadway. He was placed under arrest and is charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Armed Robbery while Masked, Armed Assault to Rob, Use of a Firearm in a Felony, Resisting Arrest, Carrying a Dangerous Weapon, Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, and Firearm Violation with a Prior Violent/Drug Crime.
