Holden Murder Victim Was 22-Year-Old Worcester Man
The name of the man whose body was found in a remote area of Holden has been identified.

WORCESTER, MA—The murder victim found on Reservoir Street early yesterday morning has been identified as a 22-year-old Worcester man, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.
Lennyn Valerio, 29 Acton St., Apt. 1, Worcester, was found by a passerby at about 12:15 a.m. on Saturday in the southbound travel lane of Reservoir Street. Valerio was unresponsive when found and transported to UMass Medical Center on Lake Ave. in Worcester, where he was pronounced dead.
While the district attorney's office has been announcing this death as a murder, no other details have been released. An autopsy is being performed.

Detectives are seeking the public’s help. Anyone who may have seen something suspicious in the area of Reservoir Street is asked to call the State Police Barracks in Holden at 508-829-8410.
