WORCESTER, MA — The Worcester Red Sox will end the 2022 season — the team's second season in business — with a winning record, but won't get to play a final game.

The match Wednesday between the WooSox and the Rochester Red Wings was canceled due to unplayable field conditions. Frontier Field in was too wet, according to the Red Wings.
