Median Home Prices In Worcester Rise: Report
The median cost of a single-family home in Worcester rose about 1.6% from this time last year.
WORCESTER, MA - The median price of a single-family home in Worcester is now up to $420,000, according to Worcester Business Journal.
The report comes from data released by The Warren Group, a real estate research firm based in Peabody. It’s a 1.6% increase from last year’s $413,500. The number of homes sold this November was 75. Last November it was 82. Last year, Worcester was listed as one of the "Top Housing Markets for 2024" by Realtor.com.
The trend reflects statewide statistics. In Massachusetts, the median household price hit $600,000, up 3.4% from last year.
